I mean the guy is from AEI…but it’s interesting. Profit incentive is how almost all important innovation is being done in science now. Just look at NASA and the ESA - they have to offer money to get private companies to do the outside-of-the-box innovation for them.

I would give you the first line to look up, but it’s emo. I will say that it is from 1858 and was one of the foci of my big American poetry paper last year. It’s a good one.
